10. I want to purchase house in your project, what are the payment modes available for me?
  For customer convenience we are providing payment facilities like Cheque / DD / Wire Transfer etc.

12. If I have to pay by Cheque / DD, in whose favor the Cheque / DD should be forwarded?

13. How to do wire transfer?

  • If you are an Existing Customer please login with login details and click on "Make New Payment" and select your payment option as Wire Transfer. Please enter Amount , Bank name, Bank Account No. and click confirm. After confirming take a print and submit it to your bank along with your payments & instructions.

14. Is Golden Heritage an Industrial area?
  No, it is residential area, away from traffic and amidst pollution free environs; one can find leisure and relaxation in abundance in a green and natural ambiance.
15. Is the Project under HUDA?
  The Government of Andhra Pradesh vide GO Ms no 274 MA 20-4-07 have expanded the jurisdiction of HUDA as the first step towards the constitution of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA). Once the HMDA is constituted the HUDA will be incorporated in the HMDA. The expansion now made therefore brings under HUDA’s purview the extensive development activity and real estate projects that are taking place outside the earlier jurisdiction of HUDA. 17. Where is the project located?
 
In new Hyderabad city adjacent to Hyderabad – Bangalore Express Way NH-7 near Shadnagar opposite National Remote Sensing Agency (NRSA).
18. How Far exactly Golden Heritage Will be once proposed Bypass and Elevated Expressway projects are complete for city?
 

It also highlights that once Phase-1 of Outer Ring Road is complete by July 2008 ,the distance from Our Townships to IT hub in Gachibowli will be shortened by at least 15 to 20 kms i.e. 10 to 12 miles .Clearly as per ORR plan the distance from Gachibowali to the Junction of ORR to NH-7 Will be 15 Kms(Phase -1 from map is 22kms) and another 18 on NH-7 to GreenFields.So total Will come Down to 35-37 kms(22 miles) and that too on Expressways which means one can cover it in 30min . You can add Another 5 Kms to reach Golden Heritage Which is even more attractive as far as investment option is concerned as it is only 500m from Express Highway Project right opp. To NRSA(National Remote Sensing Agency).
19. Is there any railway station nearer to this project?
 
Yes. There is Shadnagar railway station nearer to the Golden Heritage at the distance of 3 KM.
